Being a mompreneur has taught me more than just how to run a business — it’s been a journey of self-discovery and learning to balance multiple roles.

Here are five key lessons I’ve learned along the way:

1. Self-care is a Necessity, Not a Luxury
It’s easy to push self-care aside when you’re juggling a business and family. But I’ve learned that without taking time to recharge, both my business and family life suffer. Prioritizing self-care makes me more productive and present.

2. I Can’t Do Everything Myself
Early on, I thought I could handle every aspect of my business. But doing so led to burnout. Delegating tasks, whether in business or at home, has allowed me to focus on what I do best while reducing overwhelm.

Working from home blurs the line between business and family life. I’ve learned to set boundaries — designating work hours and creating a workspace — so I can fully focus on both without feeling guilty or distracted.
